Teach Soap

I've been browsing the web trying to find a supplier of M&P bases that is closer to me. Money is an issue and since I'm not selling yet (rather giving everything away for free) I wanted to see if I can find bases that contain similar ingredients to BB.

I keep finding website after website that claims their soap bases are all natural yet the ingredients are as follows: Goats Milk, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Coconut Oil, Triethanolamime, Sodium Cocoate, Sodium Myristate, Sodium Laurate, Sodium Stearate, Sorbitol, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Titanium Dioxide, DMDM Hydantoin, Purified Water

BB's ingredient list is much easier to read/understand...I always assumed that if the words were hard to read/understand then it probably isn't natural? I don't think I've yet to find any other website that offers MP bases with the same ingredients list as BB. Are these bases not "natural"/don't contain yummy ingredients like BB? If they aren't natural how are they getting away with selling them this way?!

Even though the shipping amount will cost me more and the shipping time is longer with BB it looks like I'll have to stick with them for my bases since I don't want to cut quality by cutting costs.

Natural when it comes to soaps and bath and body products is all in the eye of the beholder. It really has no meaning and can mean what ever you want it to.

I make CP soap and even though many people would consider my uncolored unfragranced soap all natural. I do not because I don't think lye that I use is natural. To me natural doesn't mean better or safer.

If the ingredients are hard to understand it honestly doesn't make them any more "unnatural" than the easier ones. They could be just using the INCI name for the ingredient, which can be hard to understand sometimes.

Instead of looking for bases that claim to be natural bases, I'd look for ones that have the ingredients that I want in it and don't have what I don't want in it.

I love BB's bases, but I'm also a fan of NGC's soap bases.

BB's bases are made by SFIC, so if you may be able to find a distributer closer to you if you search for SFIC.

I know the voices in my head aren't real, but they sure have some great ideas!
