Teach Soap

I've made soap for years as a hobby but not for sale. However, someone recently ordered a batch and will be paying me. I figured if I can cover my supply costs then I'm happy. Anyway, she wants a CP soap fragranced with Energy. My question to you all is--what colors do you imagine when you think of Energy scented soap. I can do a pretty swirl and have lots of colors but I'd welcome input on colors. When I think of energy I usually picture bright red and blue but red is pretty tricky to get in CP soap (at least for me, it always ends up pink).

I'm thinking yellow, orange, peach or pink. It's very difficult to get a true red. If you use too much color, it will most likely discolor your washcloth and possibly your tub.

I've used madder root for a nice pink, and have also used pink and yellow lab colors for the Energy FO.

Sometimes A Mistake is so much fun, You just have to do it again!

I JUST made a batch on Sunday, using this FO for the first time!
I was concerned because I wanted to do a column pour and didn't want to work with a thick batch, but the FO behaved very nicely and all poured well .
I used the Neon colored powder sample set from BB and divided up by soap into 6 fairly equal amounts, coloring each cup with a different powder in the sample set and leaving one a neutral (plain). I haven't unmolded mine yet, as it is still just a tab bit soft, but am very anxious to see my results!
So the colors ended up being yellow, orange, light/med blue, 2 pinks, plain.

The biggest question at my house is......WHAT does this FO smell remind you of????? It's so familiar, but I can't place it!
Help us solve the mystery, please!

Hrm... Energy.
Blue - Like a clear sky on a beautifully sunny day
Yellow - Like the Sun! Full of energy (Yellow and Orange would be covered by that)
Green - Like that super soft grass that's around when the weather starts to get nice and you're getting outside.

Those colours also remind me of beach / park / outdoor. Which for me, I need a lot of energy to contemplate LOL!

I've been told by my daughter that the Energy FO smells like Fruit Loops cereal. I kinda agree with her.

Thanks for the feedback. I think a swirl of yellow, orange and peach could be very pretty. I think I'll go that route--and post a picture when I'm done.

Siebert7kids--Energy does have a scent that always seems to be on the tip of my tongue yet I can never quite identify. The closest I can come to is fruit punch!

I just tried to cut my loaf of Energy soap today. It turned out with lighter colors than I intended, but I was happy with it. It's still a bit soft, so only cut half the log and will wait to cut the rest. Still can't place the smell! Hubby thinks it reminds him of the orange drink at McDonald's from his growing up days
