Can I rebatch over colored soap?

The first batch of soap I made has too much colorant in it, I misread BB's suggestion on how to use them. The soap has colored lather.

Rebatching probably won't actually help the fact that there's too much colorant, so is there anything else I can do to help even it out? Would rebatching scraps from other soaps from the same recipe that were not over colored help?

And while I'm at it, if I rebatch in a slow cooker, does it need to be a 'single purpose' slow cooker, as in, never use it to cook food with after?

If it's a fairly new soap, shred it, then stick blend it into an uncolored new batch.

I made this batch about 4 weeks ago, what do you consider fairly new?

Are you suggesting that because there's too much colorant to fiddle with rebatching?

Even if I rebatched it with uncolored soap? I dislike the look of 'confetti soap' so I'd probably just toss it or donate it to Clean the World if there's no way to rebatch to improve it.

I suppose you could rebatch the overcolored soap with another uncolored soap, but there is still a good chance that your finished soap will look like confetti.
