Anyone ever make sulpher soap?

My Mom just mentioned that her Dr. recommended it for her rosacea and she would like to have one with a little higher concentration. So I thought I might give it a shot and try to tailor a recipe to what she likes (color, fragrance etc).

Just not sure where I should look to buy sulphur powder or if there is a variety that is skin tested.

Also any thoughts on other complimentary additives? I've read some sulphur soaps can be too drying so maybe just some good old fashioned super-fatting with avocado oil or maybe add some shea butter? Maybe some Aloe for additional healing benefit?

The benefit of your experience would be appreciated.
