my son has sensitive skin and I usually make an unscented gm soap for him...but I made an unscented avocado batch and I really like that one too. Looking at my recipe, I used OO, CO, avocado oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, castor oil, avocado puree

gah!...took too long typing my response and it didn't post!

ok, so...to make the puree, I scooped out an avocado and added a little distilled water to it...then stickblended it into a paste (make sure there are no chunks). For usage amounts, I think it's 1oz. puree per pound of oils. I would include the puree as part of the water amount too...and I stickblend the puree into the oils before adding the lye solution.

This answer was much shorter, but I think I got everything.

how does it come out - doesn't the avocado content turn black?

Looks good methree! I would be curious to see how long the parsley color lasts.

soapbuddy, it's been two months and the parsley color turned into a yellow green. There are some dark green flecks, but not much.
