There are some simple recipes on the soap queen blog by BB using those ingredients, I think the latest soap one on Oktoberfest uses those oils. Good luck

According to soapmaker, this should make a nice, conditioning bar with stable lather.

3.2 ozs of coconut
9.6 ozs. of olive
3.2 ozs. of palm

4 to 6 fluid ounces of water and 2.20 of lye for a 6% superfat.

One I put together for you on Soap calc() with the Shea butter and Castor. Well balanced recipe at 5% superfat. If you want you can take out 5% of the olive and replace it with Cocoa butter just be sure to re-figure it on Soap calc so your lye is right.
Water 0.38% 6.08oz 172.365g
Lye - NaOH 2.237 oz 63.431g

1 Coconut Oil, 76 deg 20% 3.2oz 90.718g
2 Olive Oil 20% 3.2% 90.718g
3 Castor Oil 5% 0.8oz 22.68g
4 Palm Oil 10% 1.6oz 45.359g
5 Shea Butter 5% 0.8 oz 22.68g
6 Lard, Pig Tallow( Manteca)40% 6.4oz 181.437g
