In regard to naming your soaps is it against copyright to use the actuall BB fragrance name ie. Lettuce? It's such a cute name but I guess if i really thunk hard I could find another name. What do you all do? On this one I am not 100% sure, but think that you cannot use the name; because it is infringement....Also with labelling do you put things like the ingredients (if you've got them) and instructions/safety ie. keep out of eyes? Or is that getting a bit too much? On this one, if it is for retail, you should put your company name, ingredients,warnings and precautions, and the weight of the product.... Also make sure you make no claims on the label such as: (nourishing,healing,etc....) I hope that this helps and if I am wrong in any part of this, I am sure someone else will chime in...  [/b]
