I know there are a lot of variables to this question but here goes. I usually soap at about 105 degrees. Without any fragrance I reach thin trace in a couplke minutes. With some FO thin trace can be reached in less than a minute. I was watching a video on YouTube last night and sat and watched that guy stir with a stick blender for at least seven minutes!!

Am I getting false trace that quick? My soap seems to come out fine. What is false trace? My biggest issue is seizing with some FO

It depends on your ingredients. Some trace slower than others.
