I made a batch of soap this morning and put it in the frig so it would not gel. I am leaving early in the morning and will be gone for a week. Is it ok to leave the soap in the frig that long. I don't want to pull it out in the morning and have it go into some funky partial gel.

Sure you can. I've done it. I forgot a loaf of soap in the freezer once.
