...do you have in regular use around your house (sinks, shower, tub, etc)? I'm still new to soaping, about 8 batches in, and I want to try EACH ONE as they get done curing. So I have one bar in the shower, one bar by the kitchen sink, and like 6 by the bathroom sink (two are from melt and pour batches I didn't count above- I have like three batches still curing). I'm running out of room! Do you make yourself wait to use a new bar until the old one is used up (and if so, how!?)? I want like a high rise soap dish to hold all of the bars by my sink, at the moment it's kind of a mess! Oh, and is there such a thing as a soap dish that holds multiple bars? How do you store your in-use soaps?

 Welcome to the club! I have a feeling that many of us have the same problems and questions. I had to buy a house with more bathrooms to solve my problem with too much soap.

Many times when I cut my soap I will trim one of the ends by a little over 1/4 inch. This is what I use in my shower... does not last as long and I can move on to the next one. I always have 2-3 at the kitchen sink, but limit myself to 1 per bathroom sink. Maybe you could even put out a smaller piece of each bar (they still can be cut after a cure, unless it is a salt bar) to be able to fit more than one piece in the soap dish.

There's a common saying in homebrewing: RDWHAHB, which stands for "Relax, Don't Worry, Have A Homebrew". It's basically used when someone writes a post worrying too much about if it's OK to add certain flavors to a particular style of beer, or if their recent batch of beer doesn't turn out just right, etc.

Getting to my point, I think that if you want to use all of your different soaps, go right ahead! No need to wait until one is used up before trying the next.

I'm guessing you got into soap making for a hobby, and hobbies are meant to be fun, so HAVE FUN! :D

I'm not worrying at all- I just thought it would be a fun question to ask other soapers. And I wondered if maybe some of you were more disciplined than me and simply used one bar at a time. I do use the end slivers sometimes... those do go faster. And I also kind of hoped someone would know of a type of soap dish meant to hold more than one dish of soap, because I searched the Google and struck out.

I cut off end pieces too. I also got in the habbit of
having a small guest/embed mold next to the one I'm using
when I pour. That way I have small bars that I put in
a pretty glass ash tray (I quit smoking three years ago :P )
by the sink, so I can switch off using different ones.
I'd like to find a multiple soap dish too.

This is completely normal!!! We put in a high-rise shelf stack in our shower to accommodate all the soaps. Most are slivers but not all. I keep 2 soap dishes by my bathroom sink but only allow one at the kitchen sink. It's stacked full of slivers. It works until I have too many soaps at a time and have to toss out some of the slivers. So sad!
