New to this idea of superfatting cp soap so it does not need to cure,,what percentage would you need to superfat to do this?

All CP soap needs to cure. There is no shortcut. Superfated is also called a lye discount. I superfated at 7%, as anything below that my skin finds drying. All soaps have to be superfated. You don't want a lye heavy soap.
