I did everything wrong testing out these new fragrances from NG. I blindly believed the reviews that said no acceleration or ricing. D'oh! (I expected the mild discoloration so that was ok.) This was a fairly new recipe that I tweaked by adding coconut milk. I Sb'd like normal as if they would behave. I planned interesting 4 color designs.

At least they didn't turn out total catastrophes.
Autumn Woods discolored immediately but not badly. It riced (fine ricing not hard to mix back in) and it accelerated. It had to be glopped into the mold. The top could have been textured immediately but I didn't bother since it seemed like a disaster. It started heating up right away causing that crackling despite no insulation. Except for some nasty air bubbles, it didn't turn out too bad. Whew!
Cracklin Birch didn't rice on me but did accelerate a bit. The orange color was actually red (brick red oxide) that morphed overnight. That was two messed up batches in a row! The soap gremlins were messing with me.
Thanks for letting me vent!
