As far as greens and browns I have found that if you let the wax sit in the heating pot a while with dried flowers you get some fantastic colors. You just filter it through a paper towel before pouring into the mold to remove any particulate. There are a ton of natural coloring agents that work wonderfully in wax as long as you stay within the natural shading. Poppy flowers that have been dried well make the most beautiful shades of orange and yellow. Not to mention violets!

The longer they "COOK" the darker the shade gets.

I do have a talent for stating the obvious sometimes .... ROTFLOL
