Made my first pound of tarts the other night. Used 1 oz of frag and they looked and smelled great in their hard form. Went to test them on my wifes tart burner and they didn't put out any scent.

Where did I go wrong?

Depending which wax you used and which FO, some waxes can take a higher FO load. I would take a look at the wax manufacturer's site and see what FO load they recommend.
