Looking for things to add to an olive oil melt and pour base. I was told no more then 1 tbsp per lb. of another oil could be used as it would reck the soap. I have thought of ground oatmeal. any other suggestions would be great. No color or fragrance please.

Welcome!
If you don't want to use fragrances, you could use essential oils.

yes i have thought of tea tree oil, oatmeal, hemp oil, vit e oil, honey, avocado oil, anything else? Also where can i buy Avocado oil? Can i mix 1 tbsp of hemp oil to the 1lb. of soap base and oatmeal and if so how much oatmeal to the 1lb. of melt and pour? Thanks

Also too i know i have to shrink wrap the soap after it's made do i use normal saran wrap or do i have to buy something special for soap? How long after the soap is made do i have to wait to wrap it? I'm going out tomorrow to buy a heat gun.

You need shrink wrap. Saran wrap is not made to shrink. Wrap your made soap as soon as it cools off.
