I make my soap in Florida then take to Mich to sell. My questions is, can I leave the soap in loaf form for travel? After I arrive in Michigan, do I need to let it process for 4-6 weeks after slicing?

It should be fine in a loaf form while you travel. Cut it as soon as you can when you arrive to your destination and let it cure for 4-6 weeks.
