Teach Soap

I just made a batch of soap my reciepe called for 42 oz of water I was going to make 10 oz of that 42 be coconut milk.
well after I finished pouring the soap batter into the mold I realized that I forgot to add the 10 oz of coconut milk.Will my soap be lye heavy now?

Water has nothing to do with how heavy the soap could be. Water is a catalyst for the lye. You just did a higher liquid discount. How much did you superfat?

I superfatted at 5%
The soap looks beautiful but i had never discounted before you think it will be ok?

Just as long as you superfatted you will be fine. My skin prefers a 7-8% superfat.
