Welcome to the forum!

I agree, Alicia Grosso is great. Also we recommend 'The Soapmakers Companion' by Susan Miller Cavitch.
There are also a lot of places online you can go for great free info! Like TeachSoap.com or http://soap-queen.blogspot.com/
