I just ordered some liquid silk and was thinking of adding a little to my M&P soaps to add a bit of a silky feeling to them. Has anyone ever used liquid silk in M&P? How did it turn out?

Which one? I tried wheat and also soy and the wheat added a funky scent to the MP.

Well, I ordered the liquid silk from Bramble Berry. The description says it's silk dissolved in water. I thought that might add a nice feel to the lather.

Hello, all!

I am curious about anyone adding liquid silk to their MP creations. It looks like this thread started quite some time ago and if anyone has tried the recommendation of 1/2 tsp per pound of MP what the end soap felt like. It sounds lovely!

Thank you! :D
