So, I've NEVER even attempted to make soap before.

Before I get started......what do I need? What materials?

Remember, I am completely foreign to this!

Here is a good place to start. Basic instructions and basic tools of the trade. It is so easy and you will love it!

If you're considering just Melt and Pour, I'd recommend using a Pyrex glass container for melting in the micro, some pipettes, molds and quality raw ingredients from BB.

Yes, I figure Melt and Pour will be the easiest to start with, and as I get better at making soap, I try different methods and such.

At the link, I see a spoon, a measuring cup, and saran wrap. And I'm afraid that's all I can identify :shock:

And I don't know what a pippette is.....

Am I able to get materials at someplace like hobby lobby or michaels?
