You definitely can! Not all micas are non-bleeding, though, in case you're making multi-colored soaps. I learned that the hard way!

BB has a great selection of colorants including lots of gorgeous micas:

Because of the detail I put into my soaps I can't chance a colorant or mica that bleeds, I also want people with the most sensitive skin to be able to use them (like a baby or my pop who has frail skin from cancer treatments) - I took the time to scour through all of Bramble Berry's micas (the vendor who's mica's I've found to be excellent in the past), and tested them each. But before buying I made sure those I chose were all listed by BB as being both LIP & EYE safe and non-bleeding. Weeks later the samples are still sitting in the window, and not one of them is bleeding.

I even created a sampler pack for students and hobbyists, but soap makers are much better off buying larger volumes from BB.
