Is there a calculation when mixing Shea base and clear or white Soap bases? I would like to mix some Shea soap base into my clear soap base but not sure if it will still produce the soft feel and nutrients from the Shea. Would I need to use pure Shea to get that result?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

I've mixed bases before and they worked just fine! I'd recommend mixing bases from the same vendor though. If they are from different vendors that is when they may not work as well when mixed.
