Thanks!
The snowflake is just tiny snowflake soaps embedded into clear with blue behind it. The mosaic soap is made by using a dropper filled with soap onto a clear layer. It takes forever, and a LOT of mica. But it may just be my favorite soap!

Moonfairy - WOW. Your soaps look so clear. Are you using -- Crystal Clear Melt and Pour Soap Base vs a Clear Glycerin Soap Base. I use SFIC and just put in an order (direct since I live so close and can physically pick it up). I've debated on getting the crystal clear but it sweats alot more I've noticed from a class I took where the crystal clear base was used but the 'clarity' is so nice. I'm concerned how it will hold up with me putting it in the cello bag.

I just put in my oder and I opted not to add the crystal clear but maybe I should consider changing my order and calling them.

I'm following up with 2Addicted and wondering how did you do that stained glass? Share only if you are comfortable.

Any feedback about the crystal clear would be great!

Thanks
Hilary

 Like them. I was wondering if the Wilton molds could be used. I'm assuming they are really food molds that you are using.

Very cute.

I am totally loving loaf soaps!

Lemon essential oil. Smells just like the lemon drop candy grandma kept!
It looks like swiss cheese. lol

Oh, and my ball mold broke after only my second use!

I use the All Natural Clear from Wholesale Supplies Plus. I pour a VERY thin layer to get them that clear. If there is a background that I want to make sure stands out I pour another thin layer over the embedded soap. I failed to do so with the orange clouds soap, and you can't really see how fantastic the blue mica is. I had serious doubts about the soap base at first it because it is so cloudy in the tray or block, but it produces a fantastic clear soap. It does sweat a lot, but I wanted a more natural base. I just wrap it with saran wrap right away. I also pick my soap up, I save around $70 in shipping when placing a big order.
As for the mosaic soap, really all you need is a plastic dropper, and lots of mica and time. The design and colors is up to you. I don't want to give to much away because it's being tested by some friends now and I am looking to put this one on Etsy.
HTH!

Robin, those are also beautiful soaps! My favorites are the lemon and lavendar. In the peppermint, it looks like that layer is supposed to be that way... probably more appealing to me than if it had turned out perfectly clear. And the eyeballs are so cute!
