Hi, I read you can put food flavourings in melt and pour soap such as vanilla and peppermint instead of flavour oils and essential oils. Is this true or is it something to avoid? Thanks x

I would not do it. Food flavors are not meant for bath and body products. They may also contain alcohol or propylene glycol.
