Teach Soap

Just starting making MP soaps and looking for a good how to book to get me started. Ideally I would like something that has information on MP basics including the different EO's or FO's as well as different design techniques. What book or combination of books have you seasoned vets used and found to be vital to your success? Thanks!

Most soap books really only tell you how much eo or fo to use in the soap (which in my opinion they should actually say, "Fragrances oil differ and you should get the recommended usage amounts from your supplier).

For Eo's, I'd go with books specifically geared towards them. Although they won't tell you how much to use in soap, they will explain the dangers of different ones.
I've found these ones helpful:
The Encyclopedia of Essential oils by Julia Lawless
The complete book of essential oils and aromatherapy by Valerie Ann Worwood.

Also, check your local library. Ours has dozens on soapmaking, essential oils & aromatherapy. I know of more books, but I unfortunately haven't had my coffee yet this morning so I can't think straight.
