Teach Soap

Hi everyone!

I wanted to introduce myself, I'm new here and recently placed two orders (which have arrived) for soap products

I have only made about four MP soaps so far and I am loving the experience!! I even got my husband to make his own soap and to help me with my moms Birthday present!! hehe

So here it is (her present), tell me what you think :


This soap btw is made with goats milk, lychee fragrance and soapylove red and blue coloring. The white is untouched goats milk. I don't have any shrink wrap yet so I wrapped it in saran wrap. ^.^;;;

Congratulations on the great start! The flower soap is very pretty, and I just love the little bags you are using.

Also, you did a great job with the stars and soap curls. But it looks like your blue color may be bleeding into the surrounding pink a little.

What kind of color did you use?

Welcome to the Forum! Great soaps! If you go over the saran wrap with a blow dryer it shrinks around the soap... =)

Cool. Welcome. I'm fairly new also. I really like the star soap too. Curious how you made the stars?

I'm wondering if anyone who would buy handmade soaps would really know about bleeding colors??? I'm wondering if it's just us soapmaking people that notice that???
