 Post subject: soybean oil

Hi there , i have few months working on HP soap making with soybean oil with some of castor oil
it pretty good right now , but it have a faint bad smell of oil , i have read that soybean become rancid in soap making !
is that true ? or that form my fragrance ?
i use jasmine oil which have powerful odor , but i can feel this slight bad odor even !

I would add other oils or butters to just the soybean and castor. What do you have available?
