Butelene Glycol is a Humectant and carrier for cosmetics and toiletries.
You can get it at The Herbarie.
GMS is an ingredient in ice creams. That one I don't know where you could get. I would go with stearic acid instead.

OR...you could use just plain castor oil with a lip safe sweetener and lip safe micas.

Thank you, Soap buddy. I have the castor oil, jojoba oil, flavor oil, stevia, and lipsafe mica sampler pack from BB.
I have BB's liquid silk - can I use that in my liquid lipgloss?
How about the lipsafe preservative? What should I use?
I also have several other oils here at home that I was thinking of using for my lipgloss in addition to the castor and jojoba: almond, FCO, coconut cream, hazelnut, peach kernel, aloe oil, avocado, wheatgerm and rice bran. What do you suggest would be best? I bought most of these oils in small amounts to try out for lotion-making.
Sorry for all the questions. Hope you don't mind. I'm a real newbie at all this. :oops:
