I just picked up some soy wax that is marketed for candles. On the lable it says all natural, made from American soybeans. Can I use this in lotion? Does anyone know if this would be skin safe?

Thanks everybody! Here is what I found out, Yaley's soy wax comes from a company called Natures gifts Inc., they suppy quite a few well known online candle/soap companies. Anyway, this "brand" is really called ecosoya in all forms, CB-135, CB advanced, and so on. It is considered by the fda as "Section 2: Hazardous Ingredients Information
GRAS under the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act." This came from the MSDS I found on their site.
So, knowing that, I think I will keep this and try it. I am the only one to use the lotion bars anyway, I keep them ALL to myself! :lol:
