I just made the *most sad* bath bombs of all time. Really, truly, sadly humidity challenged ...

I made five batches over three days - two of the days were raining - and those bombs turned out horrible!

I really think that the external weather has something to do with how our bath fizzies turn out. Once it quit raining in Washington state, my fizzies were great and rock solid and hard.

I'm not sure which recipe you use, but 1oz of kaolin per 1lb of product helps me fight the humidity in the summer months here.
