I have my paste made and weighed and good to go.
My question is, and I hope it's not stupid, do I measure the water by weight or volume?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
TIA

If your recipe is asking in cups I would convert into either grams or ounces whichever you may be comfortable with using but fl. oz is my preference. So 1/3 cup is 2.33oz. But using a scale ensures it will be spot on.

However this will only work for liquids or waxes you maybe using. When I infuse different flower pedals into oil and the recipe calls for 2/3 cup flowers, use a measuring cup and only fill to the 2/3 cup line because if you put an ACTUAL 2/3 cup which is 4.66oz. it will be WAAAAAAYYYYY toooooo much believe me. In weight 2/3 cup of flowers is like .4 oz. so its a big difference.

You need to go by weight.
