So I have a emulsified sugar scrub question. I've seen recipes where liquid soap and water are used and some without. Is it just a matter of preference? Like do you want it emulsified already or do you want it to emulsify when you get it wet?

I would not use water. My emulsified scrub is not made with liquid soap nor water. If you have water in it, you will need a preservative. Where did you see this?

We have an emulsified scrub here that uses water! It does include a preservative. I love how it feels but it is personal preference!
