Would a witch hazel floral water work as a body spray/mist if I add essential oils to it? And would I need to add anything else to it? thanks

Witch hazel has only 14% alcohol. Floral water usually has none. Essential oils and water based ingredients will not stay mixed. You would need an emulsifier and a preservative.
