So, I've made a grand total of 3 bath bomb cupcake batches and I think it's safe to say that it's been a little bit of a disaster. I think my bath bombs are too wet because after a while it will lose the nice cupcake shape and get puffy, so I can fix that problem pretty easy, but the frosting is a different story. The first 2 recipes seemed stiff, but then gooped all over the place. The third one I made was quite stiff, but because I don't use SLS it won't dissolve and is completely worthless. I would be willing to use SLSa in the frosting, but I don't know if that's even possible or how much to use. I use the recipe from Soap Queen TV for the bath bombs and frosting. I followed Anne-Marie's advice when it came to excluding the sulfate and adding more powdered sugar until it got thick. Any advice or recipe alterations would be greatly appreciated and I really would love to know if anyone has made the frosting with SLSa because I can't find any recipes online. Thanks a million!
