I know in the past some of you guys sent fragrance oils to each for gifts and swapping. Do you send them through the postal service? I'd like to know for future reference but I'm worried because sending perfume can cause them to stop the package/fine you. How do you guys do it?

It depends on the oils flashpoint. Some of them can only be shipped via ground. So UPS or FedEx Ground, not USPS or 2Day or any express type shipping. Your supplier should tell you which oils are not safe to be shipped USPS. There are warning on our oils on the BB page. =)

I send them USPS. Have never had an issue.

I was worried because they have a poster at my boyfriends local post office that says perfume is a no-no. I was worried they'd consider a fragrance oil a perfume and stop the package and fine me!

I mean, who would confuse the two? Gosh! :wink:

When I sell off some of my FO's I always send them through the Post Office, but I send them Parcel Post, never Priority because of flash points. I also label my box "Candle Oils" and never have a problem.
