Hi, dc-soap! I just read a post by dragonlady0627 under a different topic and thought it might help you too. In her post, she suggested that the person go to bath and body works, the body shop and similar toiletries stores to find out what their popular scents are. For you however, you could research the different scents that are offered by BB to familiarize yourself with what BB means when they describe a particular FO, that way you have a better idea what the different FOs smell like when purchasing FOs online and be less disappointed with your purchases. Your new FO choices sound good though, I hope you're happy with them this time. :)
