I'm trying to redesign my soap labels with all the stuff the FTC and FDA require, which I hear includes the weight/volume of a product. Since soap continues to lose weight as it cures, I am wondering what weight do you take? My freshly cut bars are 4oz. but obviously won't be when I label them after full cure. Any suggestions?

You need to go by the cured weight because water evaporates over time.

Thank you, Soapbuddy. That's what I thought but wanted confirmation.
