business insurance or product liability insurance?

I am looking at policies offered by RLI, and I am a little confused as to which one I should purchase. I see the general policy for home businesses with a category for crafters, but I don't see anything about that one covering you if someone would have a reaction to a product you sell. I also see the product liability insurance they have, but that's completely separate from the home business policy. Opinions, please???

You need product liability insurance. Your homeowner's insurance may be able to provide you with business insurance.

i just got an e-mail from WSP about insurance for the Handmade Artisan Industry. i know most people on here already have liability insurance, but i thought i'd pass it along anyway.
