HI! I'm brand new to the world of forums and chats so if i make a rookie mistake please forgive me...I enjoy all the great hints y'all share and I have a couple of odd questions that maybe some of you can help me with.

I have a bottle of Dr Bronner's Magic Castile soap that i bought for a failed project and wonder if anyone has any ideas or recipes that it can be used in for liquid laundrey soap or CP soap?

My other ?? is we have REALLY hard water and wonder what y'all have added to liquid laundrey soap and CP soap to help the lather better?

I also have one of those HE washers (i really regret buying it) and wonder if anyone making homemade laundry soap has a problem with too much suds?

Thank You

Welcome!
I make my own liquid soap, but I bet you could use it for around the house for cleaning. I would think it would bubble too much to use as a laundry soap in the washer.

I haven't found anything that's handmade that works for my washer.

I use my liquid castille (BB's) in all my soft soap dispensers in the house, some with some eo's added (I like orange in the kitchen). I also use it for basic cleaning (kitchen sink, counters, etc)

I make my own laundry detergent that I use without issue in my HE washer. Its a powder (mostly) and it works very well. In fact, I buy the shred from soapbuddy to put in it! :)
