i am new to soap making and recently made my first bar of soap using melt and pour base.its a few days old now and everytime i take it out of the fridge it starts to melt [becoming very slimey] why does this happen? xx jo xx

That's the soap sweating, the glycerin leaks a little, and depending on how much you use, it can also be the FO or EO you used.
They'll sweat depending on the humidity, and the base you used. You may be better off leaving the soap set up on the counter overnight instead of in the fridge.

I like BB bases as even the non "sweatproof" ones sweat less than some cheaper, lower quality bases do. Soap magic being the worst it sweats like mad!
