Teach Soap

Hi..
I am debating whether to increase the % of my soft oil vs increasing the superfat from 5% to 6%-7%

for example..
Which is better



I am trying to keep about the same cleansing power (hardness), but more conditioning.
I know I can use other oils for that, but just with what I have, what do you recommend?

Coconut oil at above 20% is too drying for my skin. I use a 7-8% superfat for a milder soap. I won't go lower. My skin gets red and irritated.

Since I dont have other hard oils, I have to use 18% coconut because if I dont, my soap wont lather as much.

You can also add honey or sugar to increase the amount of bubbles and sodium lactate or sodium chloride( table salt) to increase hardness to offset adjusting your super fat up.
