My favorite that has yet to fail me.... no water discount, 5%superfat. remember, always use a lye calculator. Play around with the oils you have, want to use, fill in the calc at soapcalc... and look at the recipe, and the qualities it has... is it what you want?

5% castor
30%palm
30%olive
35%coconut.

It's cold process, not cold press. :)
What oils do you have on hand? You could do 95% olive, 5% castor oil with a 7% superfat. Olive oil doesn't trace fast, so that would give you time to know what trace is like.

Our much beloved Soap Queen has a lot of good recipes:
http://www.soapqueen.com/category/bath- ... cess-soap/

I am also a big fan of www.millersoap.com.

Here's a basic recipe:
20% coconut
40% lard
40% olive

If you want to add a 4th oil, you can replace 5% of the olive or the lard wit castor oil.

All four oils are available at Walmart.
