According to this article, a woman spent a month in jail after cops pulled her over, and thought her homemade soaps were bricks of cocaine.

I'm going to print this, and keep it in my car's glove compartment. This is crazy!

says that they were jailed because it "field tested positive for cocaine" (slightly different vernacular) so either there was cocaine ON them, or the field test is inaccurate and they shouldn't be jailing people over it. And neither of those would really surprise me, lol.

I saw that. I'm glad that when I have soap in my car, it's already labeled.

I'm wondering why she had it in the side wall of the car? Plus it didn't help that she had marijuana on her.

My aunt dated a guy who does undercover work on drug enforcement. He told me that it's also illegal to sell a non-drug substance as a drug. For example, he busted a guy for selling chunks of parafin wax as crack (I think). He was laughing b/c he paid $800 for about an ounce of parafin wax.
