Teach Soap

My guess is the tiniest bit of partial gel, but I'm no expert, so I thought I'd ask you guys. There's a bullseye in the center of this loaf, only in the middle 3-4 bars-



It's a goat milk bastille with orange blossom scent (the same scent I used in my first batch, which didn't turn out at all- other than this bullseye this batch is PERFECT so it wasn't the scent)

The bullseye is a lot more obvious in person than it is in the picture.

I don't have the expertise of many on this forum but that does look like a partial gel to me.

It's beautiful soap though; I love citrus scents!
