Some herbs "seep" more than others. Ihave found that I end up with brown and blue spots in one my tea mixtures, but since they don't take over the soap entirely I actually like it.

I don't put it in until I'm ready to pour to keep this effect and not have it turn the entire batch brown.

The same happens to me when I used the lavender leaves....looks really pretty when the mixture is all done and when it's dried and ready to use it's a bit unpresentable.
