Yes, you can wrap it & store it if you've evaporated most of the water out.

I would probably get some boxes and poke holes in it. I can understand not having enough room to cure and store soaps out in the open but I wouldn't want to store them wrapped. If you have them in a box with some holes, you can stack the boxes (if the holes are on the sides of the box) out of the way but still allow air to get to the soaps.
