Hello again, I made 2 batch of HP soap last Saturday. Superfat 0% and the other 5%. But these 2 batch have come too dry so the soap were cracking when cut.
When i cook it, actually the gelling wasn't full, the hard part was still there in the centre and I mix it. Because I feel it was too dry, I stop cooking, add color and mix again. But when I mix, that was when the soap crumble into tiny part, dry, and cannot tied together. That was the main reason it was cracking. Can't I add water as much as possible when it is felt too dry and cook it again? Or is there a guidance about water amount when it is come to hot process?
