Are either one of the EOs available in a folded version?

If so, who are the sources?

I know lime EO can sometimes be found folded, but there's a pretty serious lime shortage this year and my impression is it's gotten nearly impossible to find. Someone else might have better news, though!

Yes they are, but there is going to be a Mexican Lime oil shortage, so if you need some, I would get some very soon. The supplier that I have used requires a minimum of 25 lbs. The folded Lime was almost $100 per lb.

What does folded mean? Is it more concentrated?

To my limited understanding, folded citruses are the only ones that "stick" in soap. Plus, they have the added bonus of having the terpenes removed.

And, yes, a folded EO is one that is more concentrated, such as Orange 5X, Orange 10X, etc.

Be careful when using a folded citrus. It could have a negative impact on sensitive-skin individuals.
