What are the standard for butter or oil NaOH SAP value for Cold Process Soap?
I noticed from variety sites. The value are slight different.
What should I based on?

The SAP value is a range. It varies slightly from season and year to year. Some soap calculators take the mid range and use that as their SAP value. Others use the lower range. That's why you will see different calculations on different soap calcs. I would use just one calc, so you get consistent results each time.
