I would use a fragrance oil for the honey scent, but I don't recall seeing a straight honey scent. Usually it's honey almond or honey mixed with something else. I'm sure there must be something out there though.
I've used honey in a few loafs of soap. I like to use raw honey, I heat up a small amount of distilled water and melt the honey into it before adding to the soap so it mixes in easier. I tried adding honey to one of my hot process batches and it instantly turned a medium brown shade, then cured to a dark brown. It also had oatmeal in it and I really liked the look of the dark soap bar with light colored oats in it. It smelled wonderful, but not really like honey, I don't think the honey scent comes through without adding a synthetic fragrance.
